Kathryn is a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina.

She earned a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2011 and has since gained diverse experience across various settings. Her work includes counseling individuals, families, and couples in private practice, working with student-athletes at Clemson University, facilitating horticulture therapy groups for women with eating disorders, and providing equine therapy.

She integrates faith into her work for those who desire this, believing that deepening one’s connection with the Creator and understanding one’s true identity in Him is at the core of true transformation.

Kathryn specializes in working with women 18+ in the areas of:

·      Career Changes and Pivots

·      Overcoming Perfectionism

·      Relationship Challenges and Setting Boundaries

Her counseling approach is heavily informed by:

She also utilizes the Enneagram as a tool for self-awareness and growth.

Her approach is highly collaborative, forward focused, and strengths oriented, blending a coaching style into her counseling work. She loves to come alongside clients and help them overcome what’s keeping them stuck so they can move forward in creating the life they long for.

*She does not work with clients who have active, acute trauma symptoms that have not been addressed with a previous trauma counselor.

Kathryn resides in Greenville with her husband and 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, running, gardening, drinking coffee and hiking with her family. She and her family are a part of Fellowship Greenville Church.
